I work with women like you—thoughtful, capable, and tired of trying to fit into neurotypical expectations. Whether you have a diagnosis or are still figuring things out, therapy with me is a space to slow down, get curious, and start building a life that fits you.
We’ll look at what’s working and what’s not—whether it’s executive functioning, burnout, masking, or boundaries. And we’ll explore the bigger stuff too: things like friendship struggles, family dynamics, parenting, grief, self-worth, or feeling stuck in your career. Even when it’s not about neurodivergence, how you process, relate, and make sense of things still matters.

In our work together, we’ll unpack the messages and events that guide your life today. We’ll revisit them with compassion, understanding, and even some humor. I’ll help you develop boundaries and relationship “rules” so you can surround yourself with people who support and care for you and limit the influence of those who aren’t healthy. We’ll dive deep into your personal energy levels, values, and strengths so that your life actually feels good.

Love yourself no matter what
It’s easy to get down on yourself or your circumstances when you mess up or aren’t able to do the things that are important to you. We’ll gently explore shifting our compassion so that you can give yourself the support and love you need, even when you feel like you don’t deserve it.
Be genuinely okay with your limitations
Living with ADHD and chronic illnesses comes with some limitations. But that’s actually okay. (If you aren’t sure why, let’s talk.) We’ll work on how you can take care of your needs and communicate that to others in a positive, non-reactive way.
Be Productive
Making decisions when you feel completely overwhelmed or feel as though you don’t have much energy to spend can leave you even more exhausted. We can work on developing strategies so you can make the most of your physical and mental energy.
Live the life you want
