Both play therapy sessions and parent consultations are $140 for 45 or 50 minutes. Sometimes I will suggest shorter or longer sessions, and rates are adjusted based on the time.
I do offer a limited number of reduced or sliding scale rates.

I do not accept insurance, but I do provide superbills and invoices to my clients so that they can file them with their insurance.

I love visiting with my clients in person, but online therapy is so convenient! Being able to visit with someone from your home sometimes makes sticking with therapy more doable.
I can meet with my adult clients virtually. During our weekly sessions, it’s important that you are in a location that is private (free from children, too) and where you are safe to speak openly. You also need to be able to focus on the session so no driving while in session.
I will be in a private location on my end and we will meet via a HIPPA-compliant video session.
Please note that all of my play therapy sessions are in person in Buda.
However, we are often able to hold parent consultations online for your convenience.

They don’t have to be. Your therapy is tailored to your needs and preferences. Virtual therapy is a good fit for some people due to location and convenience. If you are nearby and you prefer in-person sessions, we can do that, too.

After that, I like to get a general idea about what brought you in to therapy. I will also ask you some more detailed questions related to your intake form questions so that I understand the important details of your story and background.
You are also free to ask me questions, tell me any information that you think I need to know, and talk with me about your therapy preferences or concerns.
